Overview
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Enterprise Mobility. It included a range of roles. From sales to customer service. They offer so many different opportunities for you to get involved with and they are always very engaged with the interns. They host weekly and monthly meetings with the interns to teach them about how the business operates. They will show you each corner of the business and make sure you are comfortable with each job role.
Skills
I have become a much more confident salesman and also a more proactive problem solver.
Responsibilities
You are put in charge of different aspects each month. These are called captaincy roles. This allows you to be in charge of one specific area and try drive the team to reach the goals. If you want more responsibility all you have to do is ask and the managers will also give you more.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance. There are limitless amount of people to turn to if you are feeling down or are needing a hand. They really stick with the founding value of the doors are always open.
Culture
Everyone is upbeat and happy to be at work. The Heald Green branch are all good friends so it makes the work place a pleasant place to be in. I feel like customers also get this impression as we are always laughing and smiling.
