Overview
answering the phone and/or dealing with customers coming into the office giving them advice and our knowledge on the company and the vehicles we have to offer. Driving a wide range of different vehicles to our customers. Admin roles that make up the behind the scenes tasks

Responsibilities
Yes, every few months we’re given a different captaincy role where we focus on a different area of the business. We are responsible for the daily tasks and the customer service that we give our customers
Support & Guidance
Adequate support, more support during the start and then ease off as you get more confident but the support remains there if needed

Good vibes, casual, supportive and friendly
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it. It’s a lot of hard work but if you put in the work you can get rewards. It’s good if you put yourself out there. It is a lot of hours but it’s important to make plans outside of work so you have things to look forward to after work for a work life balance
