    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Serving customers into their rental vehicles and upon their return. Selling upgrades to customers and excess protections to give them the peace of mind while in our vehicle. Communicating with team members for delivery and collection of vehicles to corporate and insurance customers. Marketing to existing and potential body shops and corporate accounts.

  • Given various captaincy roles, such as sales captain to help look to improve sales of own branch and area. Responsibility to drive the large and high-value vehicles Responsibility as marketing captain to set up meetings with potential and existing clients

  • Great support from assistant, branch and area managers to help to improve with skills related to the job. Weeks training before start date to help you with the basics of the job and meet with colleagues

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Company culture is friendly and welcoming from every branch I went to/worked at. I liked the competitive but friendly atmosphere when it came to sales competitions with different branches in the area, makes you more motivated

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I very much enjoyed my placement with enterprise. All the staff I worked with and met were extremely helpful and friendly when I first started. I feel I have improved skills related to the job immeasurably and I enjoyed the various opportunities that were on offer.
