Overview
Working part of different teams week by week, so I get exposure to multiple different company's audits.
Skills
Collaboration skills, presentation skills, excel skills and general corporate skills have been improved.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of flexibility in terms of timings however by each team I was allocated with, I was tasked with various tasks throughout the week but it was my responsibility at the end of the day to reach out and ask for tasks and etc.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of initial support and then at some points the tasks felt very easy and at other points, the tasks felt very new as I had been placed into a project mid way through its completion so felt like I had a lot of catching up to do.
Culture
Everyone is amazing and helpful. I felt very comfortable and I would say the Scotland IT Audit Team is phenomenal.
Your Impressions
It was a useful learning opportunity to really help shape what I wanted to do in the future. I enjoyed that I got complete access to reach out to anyone internally in the company and schedule meets.
