Overview
Joining team meetings and help assist in any work they have. Often, this is on spreadsheets. We also have SVS meetings where we learn useful skills for our internship including effective communication, leadership and the impact of AI
Skills
I have developed my organisational skills, keeping track of various meetings and managing my workload assigned to me by my team. I have also developed my listening and communication skills through interacting with colleagues in the office
Business Insight
Very useful, we gained insight into the different career opportunities, and the different lines of service within the firm itself. I have also spoken to other young employees at the firm and they offer extremely useful advice surrounding my future career
Culture
Good company culture, everyone is friendly and willing to help. There are plenty of social events to join aswell

It was very enjoyable to have a first insight into a corporate job

Be friendly and nice. Everyone wants to work with someone they get along with not someone who is overconfident and arrogant
