Overview
1. Keeping track of sales and forecasts, updating weekly reports for major customers and gain an understanding of forecasts and market data. 2. Updating web content for online retailers, having a creative influence on the way our products are marketed online. 3. Support new product development and marketing campaigns 4. Assist in promotional activities and events. 5. Supporting Brand Comms and PR with sending samples to influencers, press and for events. 6. You will gain an insight into Business Planning and marketing plans for your year at Panasonic. 7. Managing Product Sample Stock - arranging deliveries & collection of stock between other EU countries and UK in order to maintain operating levels. 8. Proofread and approve packaging & marketing materials for English speaking countries. 9. Raise manual purchase orders and adjust prices for promotions ad hoc for Accounts Manager and Line Manager. 10. Attend photoshoots and manage set lists to ensure all necessary shots and products have been captured. 11. Complete new line forms and create carousels with compelling copy to digitally optimise products. 12. Regular communication with different internal departments including Sales, Brand Communications, PR, Finance and Planning to share information on marketing activities. 13. Bringing potential new ideas and insight into the team on both the market and product.

Responsibilities
During my time at Panasonic, I have been given various opportunities to take on responsibility. Such as leading my own projects and voicing creative opinion. Additionally, day to day the role demands a level of responsibility due to the important tasks the student completes, such as large sell out reports that are sent to wider teams.
