Overview
We would get in and have a networking event with our peers, then would enter the events for the day. The events included panels, presentations, interactive learning sessions and then a follow up case study session to apply our knowledge. Next we would go into the end of day networking with individuals we met throughout the day.

Business Insight
It was very interesting to get involved in. You really began to question your character and where you would best fit, realizing that the success of career was not only to do with our interests but also our strengths, weaknesses and overall character.
Culture
Honestly, it was fab. The ED's were just as engaged as the analysts, and everyone was really supportive and ready to share their knowledge and experience. It truly felt like a team focused culture.
Your Impressions
To a great extent. This was because of the culture, the structure, the HR's support and many other aspects. Overall, it was the best that I partook in.
Yes
My main one is: Get the application in early and know your unique selling point. The first thing that got brought up in my acceptance call was what I had defined as my unique selling point. Be confident, and also be aware that they expect you to know as much as you suggest you might. If you're first year, go out of the way to research and understand, but don't grill yourself on technicals. Be you!
