Responsibilities
I wasn’t given responsibility to run the day with a manager but sometimes delegated roles to make sure administration was complete
Support & Guidance
It was good support to start with as the team would ensure you’re understanding and completing tasks but as time went on it wasn’t as consistent
Culture
It was very demanding at times. It can also be very long hours but the team in general are good people too work around but it can be stressful and work can get very repetitive
Your Impressions
It was overall ok I would say the team at the branch made my experience better but I wasn’t really passionate about the work itself so it want always enjoyable to go to work
No
Be prepared to work hard and have resilience in this role. I would say if you are a people’s person and enjoy driving then this would be for you
