Overview
Daily tasks include, Opening and closing rental contracts, assisting the customer in all areas of their journey, with efficiency and ethical practices, Reviewing existing rentals, resolving issues found on rent, costs and invoices, Learning and contributing toward business growth.
Skills
Developed my skills in communication with my colleagues, senior management, and our business partners. I have worked on efficiency when it comes to carrying out tasks and have grown in becoming a well rounded member of a team.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibilities at the start of each shift as part of the delegated duties. Whether this was an audit on damage claims, fleet health, pended contracts or opening/closing up branch, these were all opportunities I had to grow in the business.
Support & Guidance
I was well mentored by my Line/Assistant manager and learned from my colleagues of same level as well. Frequent 1-to-1 meetings and statement reviews helped to keep track of my progress.
Culture
