    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Customer service captain was given to me - managing customer issues , finding effective solutions and ensuring customers complaints were not ignored . Ensuring we had good relationships with customer to enhance return in investment and created customer loyalty. Icon - for a short time I was in charge of booking in as many insurance courtesy cars as we could. Pushing for business and chasing body shops, insurance and the customers to try and get them on the road as soon as possible. - Customer satisfaction calls - in charge of calling customers at the end of their rental so they can fill out a customer satisfaction survey to gain as many completely satisfied responses . This ensure we hit our KPIS (ESQI SCORE)
