    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Once I was fully confident with the business running I was actually handed a lot of responsibility from the management of the replacement side of the business to more recently the management of our claims and vehicle repair.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • You have 2 direct line managers working in the branch with you everyday so it’s amazing to be able to feedback straight too them or get any help necessary. I would say I had a lot of support. My managers made time to sit down with me and ensure that I was happy as well as felt I was growing and learning more.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Enterprise is really one big family. Because of the company structure and movement you work with a lot of people some of which you don’t see on a day to day basis but everyone is always happy to help. One of our founding values is that we reward hard work and you really do get to understand what that means.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I would say to a large extent. During my placement I’ve made friends for life as well as had experiences you would think a 21 year old would have. Even some of the rooms I’ve found myself in with too senior management who are so kind and genuinely want you to succeed and take over is astounding.
