Overview
Day-to-day activities included; - collaboration with the business on various commercial agreements. - Maintain a log of requests for legal support. - Support the Legal secretary on cosec activities including POA's. - Reviewing and drafting NDA's, Statement of Works, Supply of services agreements, - Legal research on EU Directives, or regulations that could impact Honda. - Carry out Quarterly compliance reports on litigation. - Manage the accounting administration for PO's and invoicing.

Responsibilities
Yes, from the outset I was trusted with a range of responsibilities from managing contracts, to presenting at the annual Compliance conference. I was closely supervised by experienced lawyers, who were actively involved in my professional and personal development whilst at Honda.

I was closely supervised by the Legal team and trusted to communicate directly with the business and external advisors.
