    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I have improved my customer service skills as I have had experiences dealing with issues and learning how to resolve them. Leadership skills have been developed as I have had opportunity being in charge of certain captaincy roles such as branch claims manager and debt management. Time management has been a skill that I have learned in a new capacity, the branch is a fast paced environment so being able to balance all the different roles with different deadlines has been enjoyable.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I enjoyed most of my placement, everyone I worked with I got along with and formed great friendships. The job was diverse in roles which meant that everyday was slightly different which kept it interesting. It was enjoyable to learn different aspects of the job which gave me good experiences. The hours were long which was a negative and a majority of time we finished late this made it difficult to have a good balance of social life alongside the job.
