Overview
Was able interact and serve customers. Face few challenging problems where I’ll have to try and get customers who were involved in accident mobile by finding out what happened. Deliver and collect cars to our cooperate customers. Reaching out with accounts that was assigned to us for them to rent with us and find out how we can get them to rent with Enterprise.
Skills
Was able to build my confidence and interact thoroughly to the customers. Work as a team and help out the team at the branch. Problem solving was one of the biggest skill I was able to develop by facing new problems and try and resolve without management’s help.
Responsibilities
After few months into my placement I was able to take responsibility and take matters into my own hands. We were all assigned each specific captaincy role that we should take care of in that month. For example Sales, was one of the captaincy role and the person in charge has to look at sales in that month of our branch and work on it to improve and reach out to the team to improve and see how we can get better with sales.
Support & Guidance
From Area Managers down to other colleague who were similar level to me were helpful and showed me the right path. They were there to guide me and made sure that I was able to build my confidence. There’s always someone out there we can reach out to and ask for help even if we barely knew that person from a different department.
Culture
Easy going fun vibe. You come into the office and make sure to get the work done but on the side there are times where we get to have fun and joke around. There’s always a positive vibe and someone that you can talk to and took care of us even if it’s something outside of work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed a lot, it felt good to do my placement at a positive, fun atmosphere even though not all cooperate companies out there would be the same. Made sure I had the best time and to also learn and achieve slot of new skills.
Yes
It is a fun exciting experience working at Enterprise Mobility. You can go in with minimum experience and leave the place with a lot of experience and gain new skills. So much to achieve and develop at Enterpise.
