Overview
Completing all admin and making sure every customer has the right car selling insurance packages to customers and also offering excellent customer service
Skills
Yes I have learnt how to communicate much more effectively and calmly Also am much more calm under pressure/stress
Responsibilities
Yes I was given lots of responsibilities such as checking for claims and collecting excess also allocated body shops to market in and try and gene tests referrals to our business

I had a few placements advisors and also people in enterprise to help me with any issues
Culture
Culture was very work hard minded however the people I work with were all amazing and got banter around the office
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it to some extent loved the people I worked with and it helped me develop many new skills the hours were extremely long for the title I have and not much of a social life throughout this year
Yes
Make sure you know what you signing up for if you are prepared for long hours and hard work it is a very rewarding job if you stick it out pay increases drastically after assistant manager job
