    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the placement. While scoring video interviews, a big part of the role, can be exhausting and tedious, I was fortunate to have been trusted with additional responsibilities. These tasks provided me with valuable insights into the recruitment industry and helped me develop both personal and professional skills. I strongly believe these experiences will benefit me throughout my career.

  • 7. Would you recommend Amberjack to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Amberjack
  • Be prepared for high workloads, especially during annualised hours, where you can be working at 8:30-6. I would also recommend living near to Newbury. I had 3 hour commutes each way which became quite exhausting, especially during the first months when you need to be in every day. It is hybrid working, so after the first two months, you are only in the office for 2 days a week.
