Overview
day to day role involves supporting and assisting clients and customers, ensuring top customer service is consistent and met every time. Dealing with insurance companies aswell as customer is a nice mix.
Skills
communication skills have definitely excelled aswell as planning and team work.

yeah there is always chance to gain responsibilities. these are always supported aswell by mentors and managers

The atmosphere was great. You enjoy going in everyday and was a pleasure to call it work.
