Overview
I do PMO activities, overall supporting the project manager with tasks. After that started to get more responsibility like managing a new initiative in the project and making sure everyone is working to the full potential. Making sure the project is going on track and in accordance with what was agreed with the client. Even organising design thinking workshops.
