Support & Guidance
3 head office training days. In branch my one is quite busy so not too much support but due to the nature. Other branches recieve more also dependant on management style.
Culture
Very fast paced. General atmosphere some people felt over worked but general team community so you still feel comfortable.
Your Impressions
To a somewhat extent. Some days were rough due to the fast paced nature, high demand and heavy work load. Other days were a bit more relaxed and easier going. The demand changes so not everyday is the same. It can be a bit wearing out though.
Yes
Be aware of the fast paced industry and the long hours. Social life will be sacrifice but it is kind of worth it CV wise and future job aspects are really good.
