Overview
Shadowing team members, completing audit work, self learning, attending intern events regarding areas in bank and wellbeing, complete a group project with other interns, plenty of time to chat with the graduates and get an idea of the daily life at natwest.
Skills
I have learnt new skills surrounding audit itself as well as new softwares. Lots of time for self learning were I have learned more regarding excel and began looking at coding softwares.
Responsibilities
Not too much, the odd responsibility here and there. I would have liked more.
Support & Guidance
Paired with a buddy full time. Support is very good.
Culture
Natwest is a very friendly place to work, the bank has quite a laid back vibe and there is no competition between others.
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed my placement with natwest and hope to return.
