Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility. This varies intern to intern. It's a situation where you get out what you make of it. I drafted an entire memo and sections of memos during my 5-week internship.
Support & Guidance
SVS Central calls Weekly capacity calls A 'buddy' and 'people leader' supporting you throughout Regular socials (including free dinners) Majority of employees excited to chat with you (coffee chats) Other interns are sound
Culture
In Cambridge it's relaxed, but productive. You feel you can turn and chat briefly / ask questions to anyone around you. You are expected to work hard, but you are rewarded for your efforts.

It's the first role where I felt I had a purpose. I was very happy overall
