Overview
You learn a multitude of skills at Enterprise and each of them are refined and practiced every day. Sales is always at the fore front as well as customer service. You'll also find yourself marketing accounts, being involved with the growth of the business as well as looking at cost control factors.
Skills
My sales skills have developed exponentially as well as my time management and marketing skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, you are frequently trusted with many different aspects of the business, as well as being given your own roles to really take charge with within your branch. You are always rewarded and recognised for good performance.
Support & Guidance
I received frequent 1-1 training from managers and those visiting branches which has allowed me to develop and learn a lot.
Culture
Enterprise provides a fun and friendly environment, I've made some really great friends here and my development has always been considered as very important
