Overview
For the full eight weeks, you will be aligned to a placement and we’ll pair you with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager, who’ll support you in gaining valuable experience to help guide your career choices. During the programme, you’ll also work with other interns on a business project. This’ll help you develop key skills covering team working, planning, creative thinking, presenting, business plan writing and problem solving – gaining crucial experience in presenting to stakeholders. You’ll also get time to support good causes in the communities we serve through a Corporate Social Responsibility day.

Responsibilities
The aim of this eight-week Internship is to give you the chance to gain vital skills such as digital literacy, agile methodologies and creative thinking as well as gaining experience working within a large organisation. You’ll experience a taste of what it’s like to work here, along with valuable skills and experiences that you’ll take into your future career. Depending on the role, you can be given a variety of tasks and responsibilities. But everyone is given an equal opportunity during the business project where you have to collaborate with various team members, develop communication, time management, hard skills,etc
