Overview
Once situated in a branch your role will be to assist the management team in controlling your fleet and running the branch to it’s maximum potential. Whilst also undertaking responsibilities along the way.
Skills
Some of the main skills which you will develop throughout the year consist of: Customer service Sales Leadership Time management
Responsibilities
During my placement I was given the opportunity to run the branch on multiple occasions. As well as 1-1 meetings with management to progress in the areas of the business which took my interest.
Support & Guidance
After each month management will carry out a progress review. This is used to see how you are performing and what areas you need to focus on.
Culture
Enterprise Mobility have a hard working culture. This consists of long hours and often working weekends. However this hard work is rewarded and does not go unnoticed. There is a positive atmosphere among fellow graduates who look to progress within the company.
Your Impressions
As a whole I enjoyed my placement year with Enterprise Mobility. Although, the job can be hard work with long hours and therefore your work ethic will certainly determine your success within the year.
Yes
Enterprise Mobility provides a great opportunity to gain insight into how a business operates. If you are passionate, hard working and dedicated this opportunity may be for you. It is also a company which prides themselves from recruiting within. However, in order to progress within the company the work/life balance is limited.
