Overview
Providing hire vehicles to a range of different customers.
Skills
Skills in Time management, Customer Service, Sales and proactivity all bettered.
Responsibilities
The further you get the more responsibility you gain, I now occasionally run shifts being given responsibility for the entire branch and fleet of cars.
Support & Guidance
Regular contact with area manager who was extremely helpful.
Culture
A lot of benefits including working with amazing people. Only thing to be wary of is working hours. Can regularly find yourself in a battle to finish on time.
Your Impressions
Beside the working hours and regular overtime, the internship is generally good and has provided me with an array of skills and experience which will stay with me for the rest of my career.
