    • Having been aprehensive about take a placement, I am happy to say I have really enjoyed my year and am happy I did it. I have grown as a person and a colleague and will definitely take all I've learnt on my journey.

    • Make sure your passions and value align with the companys values as this will make working here more enjoyable. Be open to trying a role that may not be what you have specifically applied for, as IBMers are very open to allowing you to learn from other areas that may interest you.
