Overview
Overall supporting the P&SM team with daily and monthly tasks as required. Involves coordination with other teams such as Cyber Security to ensure supplier due diligence is up to date. Also been assigned individual projects surrounding D,E,I and Environment and Sustainability with the aim of understanding our supply chains current ESG position. Although no day is the same, and work load and designated tasks often change, there is always plenty to get on with!
Skills
Definitely - IT skills such as Excel have improved and have learnt plenty surrounding Procurement and Supplier Management, Environment & Sustainability and overall how a business works and the role of each function!
Responsibilities
Yes definitely - my work has been shared with different teams and ExCo. I've been given room to complete my work individually and reach out for support when needed.
Support & Guidance
There was loads of support and guidance. My whole team and my line manager have always been happy to help, answer any questions, walk me through processes and support where necessary.
Culture
Great company culture and atmosphere. The business as a whole is also very supportive of the Early Talent cohort.
