Skills
Yes, I have learnt about agile ways of working, as well as obtaining a certification as a Professional Scrum Master. I have developed my presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, within a few months I had taken complete ownership of the role. I did not feel like an intern and was given full support when needed.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support provided, you are allowed to own your work so guidance is provided if and when you need it - otherwise you can learn as you go.
Culture
The best culture that I have ever experienced, you are allowed to truly bring your authentic self to work. You are allowed to manage your own work/life balance.
Your Impressions
I had the best 13 months and already cannot wait to go back!
Yes
Be yourself, Cisco really do have a people led approach and who you are matters just as much as what you can do!
