Overview
During my time at Savills my Day-today would involve a wide variety. From being out on site, to excel spreadsheets, reading leases. Chasing Arrears, shadowing meetings. I was also able to complete client reports from tenancy schedules to client budgets and also calculate rent reviews.
Skills
I have learnt new excel skills, new calculations for leases, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
I was given plenty of responsibility, being given my own tasks to complete, to helping on big client client reports.
Support & Guidance
I was given a mentor and plenty of support from senior members of my teams.
Culture
The company had a great culture, all member of my team were very inclusive and really welcoming.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship and I would highly recommend it.

To be prepared for the assessment centre, with knowledge of the company and the market. If successful go into it with an open minded, being engaging and enthusiastic.
