    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I worked within the Business Space Property Management division. Overall, I have really enjoyed this placement, as I have been involved in completing a range of different tasks. Some of these tasks include reconciliation reports, completing WorkFlows, and analysing leases to help assist the landlord or occupier if there is an issue. Furthermore, I have also visited sites that Savills manages, along with gaining exposure to the facilities managers and the team on site.

Moreover, completing work flows and Excel spreadsheets with useful information for the team also highlights the responsibility I had over the course of my internship.
