Overview
I would have the responsibility to lead the branch the through its sales figures, and ensuring improvements are made everyday. As well as being the sales captain, I was also the Branch Claims Manager, in which I keep to track of vehicles that has been logged as damage and to ensure excess damage is collected and also ensuring vehicles are booked in for repairs. i would also manage my time to serve customers whether that is within the branch or by delivering and collecting vehicles from our business or insurance customers

Yes, I was given the responsibility to manage the branch's sales performances and also becoming the branch claims manager

Stay focused from day one. If you have any questions of help, do not hesitate to ask as they are always there to help you. Lots of teamwork and complicated communications are needed for this
