Overview
Enterprise provides interns with a very dynamic role within the company. Interns will the get the chance to enhance their sales and service skills as well as gain an insight in to tiger sectors of the company such as Growth, Branch Claims manager, Icon Captain and more. On a day to day interns can expect to deal with retail, corporate, insurance and break down bookings

Responsibilities
Yes I was, I was given the opportunity to manage 5 cooperate accounts including 2 big car dealerships. I was also given my own captaincy’s and departments in the branch to manage. Which I also held my own morning meetings to present ideas for development.
Support & Guidance
The Enterprise team is very supportive. You have managing assistants, assistant managers and branch managers to ask for help. As well as the fact that you can email anyone in a department or field you are interested in to ask questions
Culture
The atmosphere in the branch was really good. The team cohesion is very good as well. Everyone is at different stages but the teams fits together very well
