Overview
Working in Retail Property management. Work dealing with landlords and tenants. Largely involved in chasing up arrears for tenants and ensuring retail schemes are kept in good condition.
Skills
Gained a greater understanding of leases, how to understand them and where to get the information I needed. Developed by networking skills due to the large number of networking events that are put on. Gained a greater understanding of how to deal with clients and tenants.
Responsibilities
Was given lots of responsibility. Graduate mentor delegated me some of his work and provided me with lots of support to complete the tasks.
Support & Guidance
Was given lots of support from HR and my graduate mentor.
Culture
Very good culture and atmosphere. Very supportive and friendly with lots of activities on.

Had a very good time. Felt I have gained a lot of opportunities from it and I would definitely recommend the programme.
