    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • 1. Assist the product manager - Sending Payment PayIT, on migrating PayIT merchant's data on SP portal and Unity platform, for the complete platform migration from Unity to Hermes. 2. Analysing and reporting daily data on failed, refund, successful, and pending PayIT transactions for Weatherspoon. 3. Managing communications to PayIT merchants on collecting, tracking and saving merchant's alternative company logos for PayIT merchant platform migration.

  • I was given much responsibility, the team members were keen on me improving and learning new skills. they were very apt and detailed in their teaching and explanation of every task given.

  • From the inception of my internship, i received maximum support and guidance from everyone at Natwest, especially from the Team i worked with, and the early careers team. Everyone i came across to in the bank were always willing to help and answer all of my questions.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Everyone at Natwest were all inclusive in making us interns, learn and improve a great deal. There was a great 'vibe' in the general atmosphere, and this cuts across other branches, as i had the opportunity to visit the London branch. so i got to testify that my experience is the general bank's culture and atmosphere.
