Overview
There are many teams under Operate division. I'm working with a BA, and been doing some business analysis work, including business process mapping, customer journey mapping. Also, I got chance to work on a project management task as well.
Skills
Yes, I honed my skills in business analysis, and a little bit of data analysis as for work area. I gained a lot of insight into how networking is powerful and been improving during my internship.
Responsibilities
I think the responsibility is at the right level, with right amount of work that I've been doing. It's good enough to let me use my existing knowledge to carry on analysis job, or maybe try something new in different area. The first-hand experience is pretty good.
Support & Guidance
I receive a lot of support and guidance, my buddies are both really professional, caring and warm. I feel fulfilled and happy to meet them and have them during my internship.
Culture
PwC is absolutely human care, enthusiastic company. Everyone here is friendly and approachable, willing to spend time talking to me about their stories, experiences and everything. Also, the teamwork atmosphere is very good. Encouragement. Collaboration.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my summer internship. I got first-hand experience in the area field I like. I received heartfelt support for work, for life at PwC. I network with many people in different areas and they are all really happy to know me. I will cherish this internship.
