Overview
I worked in the Residential Valuation team based in the Finsbury office. I helped to value residential properties in and around London. Over the month the my experience consisted of gathering Comparable evidence, calling agents, helping write reports, site visits.
Skills
I have definitely developed my communication skills along with my excel knowledge.
Responsibilities
I feel like I was given responsibility from day one. As the internship went on I was given tasks that challenged me but I could get through.
Support & Guidance
I feel all the team were super supportive and HR were amazing too.
Culture
Everyone is willing to help here, even a lot of the agents that I called are willing to help!
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed my time at Savills and will be applying for the Grad scheme this year!

To work hard, socialise with other teams, go out and get the experience that you want even if it isnt where you have been placed.
