Overview
It changed every day, between running events, creating content, driving social media campaigns, managing our assets and developing relationships across our teams, consulting, technology and clients. It was a busy role but very fulfilling.
Skills
I have developed all of my soft skills and completed over 80 hours of online training courses in different technology, working styles and management skills.
Responsibilities
I was fully trusted and incorporated into my team. I led and managed my own events, and I was trusted to support other campaigns.
Support & Guidance
I had two managers, one foundation manager and one task manager, that supported my every need and always answered questions. I also had support from my team and colleagues, who also encouraged me to push myself. I also formed a very strong early professional network that will continue outside of work.
Culture
It is a people driven company and it shows. I have never been mistreated and always been supported. Everybody wants to support and learn from eachother.
Your Impressions
I extremely enjoyed my internship and I would recommend any IBM placement scheme to students looking to be supported and inspired.

You can always learn more and apply with the perspective of what you can learn and what you're passionate about. Don't be cocky!
