Overview
My day to day role includes customer service, minimising rental risks to the branch, increasing our sale revenue, making sure customers are receiving their courtesy cars, making sure the branch is doing best that it can in terms of revenue and meeting our targets in terms of cooperate accounts and hiring as many cars as possible.
Skills
I have learnt to drive my customer service into perfection, I have learnt how to multitask on a higher scale, I have learnt to problem solve very well.
Responsibilities
Yes, I have been given many different responsibilities, I am in charge of keeping the branch safe and reducing risk, like car theft, car damage and also making sure customers hire damage free cars, it is a huge responsibility because it is one of enterprise founding values.

I have received every possible support and guidance from the team.
Culture
The atmosphere is diverse and welcoming, I felt welcomed and like I belonged here from my very week, everyone is very helpful and kind.

Yes
I would say to just go for it and have a positive mindset when applying for enterprise. This job requires you to be hands on and having your thinking cap on, so I would tell them to prepare for that.
