Overview
Attending meetings Working on various projects, mainly data analytic projects.
Skills
I was given a lot of training and learnt a lot of new skills such as: data analytics L2 and L3- including basic excel skills and using Power BI PLC programming training SQL beginner training Python beginner training
Responsibilities
Quite minimal responsibility. I was given a rough project plan at the beginning however there was not a lot of responsibility involved with my projects.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support through training which was required for my role, however not much support/ guidance elsewhere. For example, I did not have any progress meetings to check in with me and my projects after the first month.
Culture
Most people were friendly and willing to help.
Your Impressions
Overall I enjoyed my placement, however the lack of organisation and planning for projects meant I did not learn or was involved as much as I had initially hoped.
