Overview
During my time at Enterprise there were daily activities that were exclusively my responsibility to compete such as Branch Claims Manager(BCM). As well as tasks that would be completed with my co-workers such as the delivery and collection of our vehicles. The diverse range of tasks that I completed in my time at the company developed my leadership and management skills

Responsibilities
You are thrown into the deep end right away! serving customers from day 1, though it may seem a little overwhelming at the beginning, i found it the most affective way of learning.
Support & Guidance
A lot- every month you have a 1-2-1 with your branch manager, as well as your area manger who comes to visit you in the branch on average 5 times a month.
Culture
Positive- it is a very fell good place to work. People are friendly and there is no toxic atmosphere.
Your Impressions
In the beginning when I was new to the job it was a little overwhelming however as your skills and experience develops by the end you come to enjoy the job, as you can showcase your skills by selling to customers and providing exceptional levels of service.
