Overview
I assisted senior associated and managers in documentation of evidence and testing EGA's, participated in meetings regularly and was expected to collect feedback nearing the end of my internship which contributed to my returning job offer after graduation.
Skills
Developed my technical skillset, e.g. using excel, Aura and the Wizard tool. Strengthened my networking and communication skills by interacting with a range of employees all over the UK.
Responsibilities
A fair level of responsibility given our current level of experience, we weren't required too exercise too much judgement, and all of our work was reviewed by more senior members.
Support & Guidance
Alot of support was given, you could reach out to your buddy, career coach, or just general team members if you were struggling with anything. Nothing was too much to ask.
Culture
Very open culture and positive atmosphere. the open layout of the office meant it was a very lively environment, and everyone was happy to help anyone else.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed it, it gave me a strong insight into what my job as an associate will involve, and there was also a lively social side to the office which allowed for alot of networking
