Overview
The days consisted of learning about the departments, doing various trainee tasks, attending presentations organized by the graduate recruitment team, and getting to know people from other departments of the firm.
Skills
I have developed by pitching skills and how to manage my own workload.
Business Insight
Everyone was very helpful and open about what the roles consisted of and what life was like working at the firm.
Culture
Everyone was friendly and open, partners were approachable, anyone was willing to give up some time for a chat or a coffee. Very much a collaborative culture where everyone has each others back.
Your Impressions
Very enjoyable experience - long and packed days, but that's industry standard. Work was interesting and people were lovely.
