Overview
The role consists of calling companies that may already be on a trial with us and get them to book in a demo with the senior sales roles. As well as this we do a lot of calling to these companies for free trials and webinars.
Skills
Effective communication is the first, I honed my ability to communicate clearly and persuasively by adapting my approach to be most efficient for different prospects. This involved actively listening to customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. With better communication skills, confidence is something that will also increase in your ability to do the job and in yourself.
Responsibilities
Yes we were in charge of calling these large organisations whilst also assisting the senior team with demo bookings and dealing with any customer queries along the way which is crucial.
Support & Guidance
There has always been someone around to go to if i ever needed assistance and towards the start we had a lot of guidance to make sure we knew what to do.
Culture
The atmosphere was good with a nice competitive edge to be the best one there.
