Overview
Extremely varied but you can expect: - communicating with HMRC to chase up certain pieces of information - writing letters to HMRC, clients and third parties - covering letters, reference letters, information request letters, etc. - Researching questions that clients may have - rolling forward and/or reformating excel spreadsheets

Responsibilities
Yes without a doubt - especially at Deloitte, the teams you will work with get you stuck in on the first day - just make sure to also show initiative and curiosity. They make an effort to throw you in the deep end but with a lot of support, deepening your learning experience.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support - all questions were answers and no one made me feel stupid (even if I asked silly questions), everyone was very approachable and incentivised you to reach out for help whenever you needed
Culture
Brilliant - completely different to the cliche idea of what corporate is - everyone is friendly, you make friends easily and no obvious toxic competition between colleagues.
Your Impressions
Beyond any expectation - it couldn't have been more of a pleasant experience.
Yes
Just do it! Make sure you take the time to refine your resume/CV, in interviews show enthusiasm and curiosity to learn more, and make sure to show and not tell. They don't care if you just tell them you have teamworking skills - show them! Even if you are not from a finance/accounting background, don't let that hinder you from applying - Deloitte just want people that are eager to learn, take on feedback, takes initiative and works well within their teams.
