Overview
Networked with other interns there, whilst completing group tasks to enhance our analysis, teamwork and problem solving skills. Then learnt how to tackle a client-based project and develop a pitch to present to partners.
Skills
I have developed my networking and communication skills, whilst also learning a lot about how projects are undertaken at Deloitte and how to develop a pitch successfully, to present to clients and partners.
Business Insight
It was most informative and interesting, and definietly helped me feel more confident about the industry and what career path I wish to take in the future. All the employees were very friendly and gave us good insights into their careers.
Culture
The company culture was very welcoming, diverse and confident. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable and allowed me to perform in the best way I can.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight as I made great friends, felt very welcomed by everyone and really enjoyed the insights into Deloitte and the career paths. I particularly enjoyed how interactive sessions were, especially the client-based project on the final day.

Don't be afraid to freely be yourself as that is what is valued in Deloitte. Everyone is very welcoming so get stuck in to all the activities and talk to as many people as you can. Make sure to highlight skills necessary for your industry when applying to roles.
