Overview
First few days had presentations to aid us in teamwork, getting to learn about Deloitte and interview techniques. On the final day we got given a case study (dependent on which stream of the Spring Week you were on) and we worked in teams to plan and prepare a pitch. We finished off by presenting to Deloitte partners in our groups.
Skills
Developed: teamwork, problem solving New skills: pitching and presenting
Business Insight
Presentations about the set up of Deloitte and the different streams ie Technology, Audit, Tax. And the lay out of how interconnected they are and which teams work with which. Also information of the hierarchy/career progression.
Culture
A friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely showed the flat work culture they have (everyone's opinions are heard equally)
Your Impressions
Enjoyed various aspects of it but the highlight for me was working on the Casestudy as this provided me with an insight into the job.
