Overview
first day was a day in the respected department. I job shadowed an employee, had a coffee with them, and then got to meet different senior leaders within the business. Second day was in the conference centre where we had several talks and panels and later a fun hackathon.
Skills
teamwork, leadership, thinking strategies, flexibility, communication, networking
Business Insight
we didnt learn about the different business sectors, but I got a sense of how the business works and operates
Culture
NatWest has a great culture that is honestly a treasure that needs to be kept safe in the group. The culture is collaborative, friendly, inclusive and allows for growth opportunities.
Your Impressions
I had so much fun during the insight, unlike different insight programs, this program puts a great deal of emphasis on networking, developing essential skills, and preparing you for the upcoming Assessment Centre. It did not feel daunting or competitive, it was rather a fun experience.
