Overview
On a daily basis you deal with many clients in relation to all kinds of matters. Clients may be here inquiring about insurance, rental cars bookings etc. You try to upsell products to the customer while most importantly, maintaining good customer service and meeting the customers needs
Skills
I really developed my sales skillsets over these last couple of months to a level I never thought possible. It was really interesting learning different techniques to improve this while also maintaining excellent customer orientation. The business centres itself around this and employs this perspective in their employee training.
Responsibilities
Yes, within the first few weeks I was given as much responsibility as the average full-time worker. This allowed me to really understand the inner workings of the business and enabled me to make a good impression quickly.
Support & Guidance
The managers were excellent. They offered me support on a daily basis reagrding any business queries i had or even personal issues I was going through. They are so kind and put the employee first always.
Culture
It was so good to be here. I was always surrounded my positive people. The staff were young and energetic and it was really easy to make friends with them all.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed this internship and would recommend it to anyone. You have to be able to keep up with the demands and expectations of the job but this is easy to do if you remember the big picture.
Yes
It requires a high energetic person capable of dealing and meeting many new people every day.
