Overview
My day to day involves recruiting experts where I spend a significant part of my day speaking on the phone with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for my clients’ projects, often under tight deadlines. I also must have an understanding of the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which my clients and experts operate.

I have learnt various new skills such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigation Negotiation Cold/ Hot outreach methods Various research/ mapping tools
