Overview
Prepping and organising Apprentice inductions, getting their BPSS documents done. Making sure we have all their required documents. I produced monthly and every three week reports on the Apprentices and their work load where I had to chase if needed. I supported the apprentice communities in their events throughout the year. I made the upskilling process a smooth seamless process.
Skills
I have increased my technology skills through my laptop setups and earning badges in Agile and Watson X
Responsibilities
Yes, I had sole responsibility for the apprentice task ID where I dealt with multiple quieres daily. I was also the face of IBM when onboarding the apprentices
Support & Guidance
I am so thankful to my Foundation Manager and my Task Manager for all their support in the year. When I was getting stressed they were able to allow me to take a break and re evaluate.
